By the first order, an application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act was disposed of, whereas by the later order, it was recorded that an application with a prayer to withdraw the original tax token and blue books (registration card) of three cars as exhibited on that date had been made and was kept on record.

As such, from the records, it appears prima facie that the certified copies of both orders, respectively annexed to the revisional application and to the recall application, were valid and are borne out by the records also.

However, since the effect of the said orders is required to be looked into, the matter shall be enlisted for hearing tomorrow (11.02.2022) at 10:30 a.m., under the heading 'For Orders'.
