The petitioner claims an amount of Rs.12,45,078/- for services rendered. The declaration of the petitioner was made to the Block Development Officer, Mathurapur, South 24 Parganas on 27th May, 2022. The State respondents are represented.

Upon hearing learned counsel, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.4 being the Block Development Officer/Executive Officer, Mathurapur-II Development Block, South 24 Parganas, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the amount as prayed for, the concerned B.D.O. shall release the amount within a period of three weeks from the date on which such reasoned order is passed. A copy of the

reasoned order shall be furnished to the petitioners within four days on which such reasoned order is passed.

W.P.A.9845 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
