Mr. Mrinal Kanti Mukherjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Sandip Chakraborty Mr. Dattatreya Dutta ..for the State Considering the statement of the owner of the nursing home, the statement of the alleged adoptee mother, the statement of the biological mother of the child recorded before the learned Magistrate and considering the fact that investigation is still going on, I do not consider that this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
