1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that by an order dated 16.5.2025 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on condition amongst others that one of the sureties must be local. The petitioner could not arrange for the same within the time stipulated i.e. five weeks from the date of the order. As such, the petitioners want extension of the time to surrender and pray for bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

3. In view of the above, let the time to surrender before the learned Trial Court be extended by four weeks.

4. The other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
