On behalf of the respondent/WBSEDCL, it is submitted that in order to entitle to a separate electricity connection, the petitioner has to comply with all statutory compliance and extant regulations. It is submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that the petitioner has failed to provide all necessary and requisite documents for availing of a separate connection. In this regard a letter dated 19th May, 2026 is filed in Court. Copy of the same is handed over to the petitioner.

The petitioner undertakes to comply with all the obligations.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, WPA 10837 of 2026 stands disposed

of by directing the WBSEDCL to act in accordance with law in considering and disposing of the application for a separate electricity connection filed by the petitioner.
