By the instant recalling application the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Magistrate has made a mistake in assessing the arrear amount due. On perusal of the order dated 15.04.2024 this Court finds that the said order is a reasoned order and the petitioner was given liberty to move before the Magistrate under the appropriate provisions of law.

Considering the said fact, CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of as 'infructuous'.
