Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record including the suicide note of the victim lady prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in harassing her which compelled the victim to commit suicide, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant pre arrest bail to the petitioner.
