This appeal filed by the writ petitioner is directed against the judgment dated 24th January, 2023 passed in WPA 13315 of 2018.

After hearing the learned senior advocate for the appellant and the learned government counsel we are at a loss to understand as to why the appellant has filed the instant appeal since the findings, observations and ultimate conclusion is wholly in favour of the appellant/writ petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submitted that the directions issued by the learned writ Court has not been complied with. If that be the case, then the remedy is available to the appellant under the Contempt of Courts Act and not by way of

intra-Court appeal. Therefore, the appeal and the connected applications stand disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to ensure appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
