1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks inter district transfer from under Cooch Behar District Primary School Council to Nadia District Primary School Council. The ground for transfer is the medical condition of the petitioner's husband.

3. In those circumstances, Cooch Behar District Primary School Council shall verify the petitioner's husband's medical condition from the CMOH, Cooch Behar and forward the same to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education along with comments. Based on the said report the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall take a decision in the matter within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
