The State respondents filed a report before this Court on the last occasion indicating that the Pradhan had acknowledged that the pond on Dag No.191, Khatian No.91, Mouza - Nadipur, P.S. Kumarganj was included in the list of ponds to be prepared for holding e-auction by mistake and the same was not considered for grant of lease on the basis of any auction.

Under such circumstances, the grievance of the petitioners do not survive.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there will be no order as to cost.

All the parties are directed on the basis of the server copy of this order.
