Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioners have made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the CIT (Appeal) concerned to consider and dispose of its appeal filed on 15th June, 2016 and 1st September, 2018 relating to assessment year 2013-2014 as appears from pages 21 and 34 of the writ petition, expeditiously, since more than six years and three and half years have been passed.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 9852 of 2022 is disposed of by requesting the respondents CIT (Appeal) concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid appeals in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or its authorised representative,

expeditiously and preferably within ten weeks from the date of communication of this order.
