2. At the time of call none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner seeks certain information under the Right to Information Act.

4. Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits that the petitioner, instead of approaching the appellate authority, has approached this Court directly for relief.

5. The prayer of the petitioner for grant of information cannot be accepted by the Court, at this stage.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appellate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
