The writ petitioner is aggrieved by a third show cause notice dated June 25, 2021, inter alia, on the ground that two earlier show cause notices issued to him have since been withdrawn. The writ petitioner is also aggrieved by the earlier two show cause notices and had filed objections thereto. No final order has yet been passed by the respondent no.6. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is premature. The writ petitioner may seek remedies against the final order, that may be passed by the respondent no.6, if so advised. It is made clear that all questions are kept open to the petitioner to agitate after passing of final order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
