The grievance of the petitioner is that his arrear amount of honorarium since December, 2019 has not been paid till date. In the meantime he has been superannuated.

Learned advocate for the State has taken instruction in this regard and on the basis of the instruction fairly submits that the petitioner may file a representation with the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal, Kolkata, the respondent no.2 which will be considered by the said Director in accordance with law.

The Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal, Kolkata, the respondent

no.2 should give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner while considering the representation. The entire exercise is to be completed by three months from the date of communication of this order.

This writ application is not disposed of. After three months a report is to be filed by either of the parties before this court about the decision of the respondent no.2.
