In 2017 TET she obtained 86 marks which is not the qualifying marks for the general candidate. She has been treated as a general candidate as she did not claim herself as an OBC candidate. Now she has come with the prayer for treating her as an OBC candidate.

This court does not entertain this prayer as once she has been considered as a general candidate, she should be all through considered as a general candidate in respect of the recruitment process. Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the order will not prevent the petitioner for using the OBC certificate in

some future recruitment process for any authority whatsoever.
