The present revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 1104 of 2021. The said complaint case is pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat and the next date has been fixed by the learned trial court on 21.05.2024. Records reflect that the hearing in respect of the application under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act is pending on the next date so fixed. Learned trial court would dispose of the said application under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act within a period of sixty days from 21.05.2024.

So far as the main proceedings are concerned, the learned trial court would thereafter take efforts for fixing one date in every 45 days so that trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. The trial of the case would continue in spite of any resolution of the local Bar and the participating advocates will not stall the proceedings in any manner whatsoever. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1671 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
