Keeping in view the inordinate delay occasioned in disposal of the suit-in-question along with connected applications, CO No.1243 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Senior Division), First Court at Barasat, District: North 24 Parganas to dispose of all applications pending in connection with Title Suit No.529 of 2016 in the said court as expeditiously as possible, positively within one month from the date of communication of this order to the court below, and thereafter to make all endeavour to dispose of the suit itself within one year thereafter.

The petitioner shall communicate this order in writing to the opposite party at the earliest, along with a server copy of this order.

The parties as well as the court below shall act on such communication, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
