Petitioner has approached this Court being 15.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.12 Rakib aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities associated with Bhangar Police Station.

Petitioner complains that inspite of the injury so sustained no action was taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 8 to 15 submit that Bhangar Police Station case no. 257/2023 was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Amit Kr. Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the investigation having been commenced, I direct the police authorities that if till date the investigation has not been taken to its logical conclusion, police authorities would take steps for concluding the investigation. In case the investigation has

been concluded the learned trial Court would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10382 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
