We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a four year old child. Allegation of penetrative sexual assault is corroborated by injury in her private parts.

In view of the gravity of offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the bail is rejected.
