The petitioner complains of the alleged inaction by the Patiram Police Station at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur.

It is submitted that a complaint dated 25th June, 2021 was filed by the petitioner in respect of certain land dispute.

Counsel for the State submits that FIR No. 86 of 2021 dated 14th July, 2021 has been registered by the Patiram P.S. and investigation is going on. In that view of the matter, let the investigation into the said FIR No. 86 of 2021 dated 14th July, 2021 be completed by Patiram Police Station at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
