1. Supplementary affidavit filed in Court be taken on record.

2. Petitioner seeks quashing of criminal proceedings initiated under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Petitioner contends that, statutory bail was granted under Section 22(b) of the Act, 1985 while a charge sheet was submitted under Section 22(c) of the Act of 1985.

4. Police investigated the complaint and filed charge sheet.

5. At this stage, it would be improper for the Court to arrive at a finding that, since the petitioner was enlarged on statutory bail, no criminal case stands made out as against the petitioner.

6. CRR 2036 of 2025 is dismissed.
