Judgment as printed in separate sheets, is pronounced in open Court and the same be kept in the file. 3.
In view of the disposal of the instant writ petition, the respondent/bank is hereby directed to reinstate the present writ petitioner in his service after imposition of minor penalty as mentioned in paragraph no. 27 of the judgment as passed today and the period of suspension as well as the date from which he was dismissed from his service shall have to be reckoned as 'in service' and, therefore, the present writ petitioner is entitled to get all the service benefits including the pensionary benefits.

It is further directed that the present writ petitioner shall have to be reinstated within a period of one month from the date of communication of the judgment as passed today in open Court and the instant order as also passed in open Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
