Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as prayer for pre-arrest bail of co-accused was turned down by this Court in CRM 2483 of 2022, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
