We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose role of the petitioner i.e. parents-inlaw of the housewife in subjecting her to torture over demands of dowry. She committed suicide within five months of marriage. Prayer of bail of the husband of housewife has been turned down in March 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer of the bail is rejected.
