3. It appears from the report petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him vide order dated 10.06.2022 i.e. to meet the Officer-in-charge, Habibpur Police Station once in a week.

4. Under such circumstances, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the Officer-in-charge, Habibpur Police Station once in a week is waived.

5. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
