Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the issues involved in the present writ petition are similar to the issues decided in WPST 36 of 2021.

In view of the above, WPST 58 of 2021 is disposed of in view of the direction passed in WPST 36 of 2021 on 21st June, 2021.

Let a copy of the order dated 21st June, 2021 passed in WPST 36 of 2021 be kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.
