The advocate representing the petitioner submits that the brief and other documents pertaining to the instant contempt petition had long been taken back by the petitioner, though no formal "No Objection" had been either sough for or obtained by the petitioner from him.

The matter appeared on 22nd July, 2021 it was adjourned on the submission made by the advocate representing the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. The alleged contemnor/respondent remains unrepresented on 22nd July, 2021 and even today.

The contempt petition is disposed of without any further order.
