03.10.2024 cm CRR 1666 of 2011 (Prem Sankar Ray. -vs- State & Anr.) Inadvertently typographical error crept in order dated 30.01.2024.

In the 3rd line of the 5th Paragraph of the order dated 30.01.2024' case No. 864 of 2000' shall be read as 'case No. C/864 of 2000".

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 30.01.2024.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
