In the instant revisional application the lower court record has been received. It appears that by order dated 09.03.2023 the crossexamination of P.W.1 has been fixed on 14.07.2023. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate his grievance before the trial court. From the charge-sheet submitted it appears that prima facie case has been established against the petitioner is to be tried through evidence. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.
