Both the petitioners were involved in the incident. Apparently, petitioner no. 1 dealt the blow by which, the finger got amputated.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1842 of 2023 is dismissed.
