Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is long pending and prays for expeditious disposal of the same. Learned advocate appearing for opposite party no.2 does not object to the same.

It appears that a petition under Section 203 filed by the petitioner on April 25, 2025 has not yet been disposed of by the Learned Magistrate.

Accordingly, this revisional application is allowed with the direction to the Learned 10th Judicial Magistrate at Alipore to dispose of the Complaint Case No.2102 of 2021 according to law as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to both the parties.

Accordingly, CRR 1950 of 2026 is thus disposed of.
