The name of Mr. Bidyut Kr. Roy, learned advocate is appearing in the cause title of the judgment as counsel for the State. While as a matter of fact, Union of India was the opposite party in this criminal revision and none represented the UOI. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected, the judgement dated 10.02.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
