Mr. D.K. Adhikari, learned advocate for the petitioners has filed a fresh vakalatnama. Let the same be kept on record. The report filed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court, Howrah through the learned District Judge, Howrah stated that the GR Case No.1127 of 2009 arising out of P.S. Case No.87 of 2009 had been disposed of on 13.3.2019. Let the said report be kept on record. Learned advocate for the petitioners has filed a certified copy of the judgment in the aforesaid GR case wherein the present petitioners had been acquitted of the charges under Section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. Parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
