The victim was brought unconscious to the hospital. There are eye-witness accounts stating that the petitioners were involved in the incident of assault. In the incident of assault, the victim fell down and even thereafter, the petitioners went on assaulting the victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1843 of 2023 is dismissed.
