The petitioner is not represented at the time of call.

It has been submitted by the parties present before this Court that an appeal (FMA 578 of 2025) was preferred against the order dated December 4, 2023 passed by this Court. The Appeal Court by an order dated May 21, 2025 dismissed the appeal.

Thereafter, the relevant papers were forwarded to the Director of Pension and Provident Fund and Group Insurance by the concerned District Library Officer. Ultimately, on June 16, 2025, a revised pension payment order has been issued in favour of the petitioner. A copy of the revised pension payment order dated June 16, 2025 has been submitted before this Court. Let the revised pension payment order be kept with the records.

Accordingly, I am of the view that the order of this Court December 4, 2023, has been complied with. Accordingly, WPCRC 88 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
