1. Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record.

2. State is represented.

3. Petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Tarakeswar Police Station Case No.117 of 2021 dated June 1, 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Chandannagar, Hooghly.

4. In view of the fact that the criminal case is of 2021 and that the charge sheet there being was submitted on July 31, 2021 and the charges are framed were on February 12, 2024, it would be appropriate to request the learned Judge in seisin of such case to endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 8(eight) months from next date fixed.

5. In doing so, learned Judge is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

6. CRR 2026 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. [ (Debangsu Basak, J.)
