This is an application for expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No.104 of 2025 pending before the Learned 17th Additional District Judge at Alipore.

The petitioner challenged an order dated September 6, 2024 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate issued process against the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter is long pending and prays for expeditious disposal of the same. Learned advocate appearing for opposite party no.2 does not object to the same.

Accordingly, this revisional application is allowed with the direction to the Learned 17th Additional District Judge at Alipore to dispose of the Criminal Revision No.104 of 2025 according to law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to both the parties. Accordingly, CRR 1953 of 2026 is thus disposed of.
