There subsists an order bearing No.73 dated January 27, 2021 passed in O.C. Exe-05/2014. By such order, the learned Court granted liberty to the decree holder to pay the costs assessed. The petitioner herein seeks modification of such order in the sense that the petitioner wants another number of police personnel for the purpose of execution of the decree. The State is represented.

A Writ Court need not interfere with orders passed by the Civil Court. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps with regard to the order dated January 27, 2021 passed by the Civil Court before the appropriate forum, in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by such order.

W.P.A. 11120 of 2021 is disposed of with any order as to costs.
