Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, learned advocate, and Mr. Pratick Bose, learned advocate, who usually appear on behalf of the State, are present in Court. They are requested to appear on behalf of the State in this matter. Their appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Learned lawyer on behalf of the State appears and submits that the petitioner did not comply with the direction of this Court passed in the order dated 23-06-2011 for serving notice upon the opposite parties and to file Affidavitof-Service within one week from the date of passing of the order. Accordingly, learned advocate on behalf of the State submits that this revisional application may be dismissed which is pending since 2011.

After careful perusal of this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, it was prayed for quashing the entire proceedings in connection with Misc. Case No.86 of 2009. After perusal of the certified copy of the orders annexed with the revisional application, I find that the series of orders starting from 21-12-2009 have been filed and I find no illegality or irregularity to interfere in exercising the inherent jurisdiction. Moreover, the petitioner

is not at all interested in proceeding with this criminal revision since 2011.

Considering all facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application is considered and dismissed. Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Calcutta, through the learned Registrar, Judicial Service, of this Court. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
