We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose role of the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is requested to issue of framing of charge at the earliest.
