The grievance of the petitioner is of illegal unauthorized construction undertaken by private respondent no.10 over LR Plot no.1428, MouzaDehibatpur By order dated 26th November, 2024, the Prodhan was directed to act in accordance with law and take all necessary steps as may be advised in respect of the grievance of the petitioner.

Ms. Jhuma Chakraborty, learned Advocate for the State submits that in compliance to order of this Court, the structure has already been demolished. She files a report submitted by the Prodhan dated 18th December, 2024 which is taken on record.

It is found from the said report that subject structure has been demolished.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA No.11293 of 2024 stands disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
