Mr. Binay Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are present in Court. They are requested to appear on behalf of the State in this matter.

Their appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocates on behalf of the State appear and submit that this revisional application challenged the entire proceedings of this case under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R.(E) Case No.560/09 in connection with Patashpur Police Station Case No.90/09 dated 05.09.09. It is submitted that there are sufficient materials in this case as it appears from the copy annexed to this revisional application. Accordingly, they pray for dismissal of the revisional application.

After going through the copy of the chargesheet and the documents annexed with the revisional application including the statement of the victim girl and I do not find any reason to interfere at this stage by allowing the revisional application in

exercising inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Considering all facts and circumstances of this case discussed above, the revisional application being CRR 1688 of 2011 stands considered and dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to learned ACJM, Contai though learned Registrar, Judicial Service of this Court. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if aplied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
