Petitioners are apprehensive that they may be thrown out from the residence at the behest of the private respondent nos. 5 to 10.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that number of cases have been initiated at the behest of both the sides.

Having considered that both the sides are at loggerhead and that the petitioners are only apprehending that they may be thrown out because of the might of the private respondents, police authorities would ensure that without due process of law, none of the parties should be thrown out from the premises which is the subject matter averred in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10420 of 2025 is disposed of.
