1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that opposite party no.1 has misused his liberty and threatened the petitioner and his relations. Bail was granted by the special court. Nature of grievance canvassed herein may be best appreciated by the court which granted bail.

2. Hence, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the said court.

3. With these observations, CRM (DB) 1292 of 2024 is accordingly, disposed of.
