Revisional application is directed against order dated March 6, 2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 60 of 2024. 2.

In a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, the revisional applicant suffered an order of sentence. Appeal carried therefrom also was dismissed.

Money covered under the cheque, is yet to be paid. Despite requests to the revisional applicant to specify the date and time when, the money would be paid, the revisional applicant is unable to comment anything. 4.

No material exits and attention of the Court is not drawn to any material warranting exercise of powers of revision by the High Court, in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

CRR/2028/2025 is dismissed.
