In the first paragraph of this petition for bail, the petitioner has stated that only once before he approached this Court praying for bail, which prayer was rejected. Learned Advocate for the State draws our attention to orders dated 13.8.2019 passed in CRM No.7106 of 2019 and dated 14.11.2019 passed in CRM No.10500 of 2019 whereby the petitioner's earlier prayers for bail were also rejected. In other words, thrice the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by this Court.

The petitioner has suppressed the aforesaid facts. The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice. In view of such conduct, we are not inclined to consider this application for bail. C.R.M.
