Little clarification is required in the order passed on 26th June, 2024. In the 6th paragraph of the 2nd page of the order, the sentence "the distress warrant issued against the petitioner vide order dated 29th April, 2024 in M. Execution 7 of 2024 be stayed subject to the petitioner paying Rs.30,000/- per month to the private opposite party" be read as "the distress warrant issued against the petitioner vide order dated 29th April, 2024 in M. Execution 7 of 2024 be stayed subject to the petitioner paying Rs.30,000/- per month to the private opposite party for minor daughter". In the cause title of the order Mr. Subir Chowdhury be read as Mr. Subir Chatterjee and the name of Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury be added as learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is recorded that the application being CRR 1673 of 2024 is disposed of.

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order accordingly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 26th June, 2024.
