It appears from the Report that during the pendency of the writ petition, the concerned District Magistrate, North 24-Parganas has passed an order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, WPA 10941 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned State Police Authorities and the District Magistrate to take all necessary steps in accordance with law to bring the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, (SARFAESI Act) to a logical conclusion.
