Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim was sexually abused by a number of accused including the petitioner. Out of shame she committed suicide. 3.

In view of the gravity of the offence implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
