Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction C.R.R 1403 of 2021 Dr. Nihar Ranjan Biswas -versus- The State of West Bengal & anr.

Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 17th July, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in connection with M. R. Case No. 283(IV) of 2014.

I find from the said order that the learned Magistrate by way of an interim maintenance was pleased to award Rs.5000/- per month to the wife. The revisional application was preferred in the year 2021 much after the said interim order was passed by the learned Magistrate.

Having considered the time period which elapsed in the meantime, the order of the learned Magistrate awarding interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.5000/- do not call for any interference. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1403 of 2021 is dismissed.
